Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Medically monitored detoxification
- Dual-diagnosis track with psychiatrist
For co-occurring disorders, diagnosis must be substance use primary and mental health secondary
Inpatient and outpatient gambling program with certified gambling counselors
Substance abuse, inhalant abuse and Methamphetamine treatment track (IMT)
Chronic Pain Program
- Medication Assisted Treatment
Different medications are available. Keystone utilizes Vivitrol and Naltrexone. May utilize Subutex and other medications to taper during medically monitored detoxification. Keystone does not utilize Methadone or Suboxone for maintenance.

Spiritually based 12-step program.
Veterans and retired military. Need to be referred through VA; able to take VA funding.
