School-based alcohol and drug prevention and intervention counseling services for students and families. Services include: individual and group sessions, family counseling, drug and alcohol screening, tobacco screening, drug and alcohol assessments, referrals, aftercare (post treatment), and prescription drug lock boxes. Intensity of services changes with the length of time spent in the program. Weekly participation ranges from 2-19 hours of service a week, depending on client needs.

Provides drug and alcohol treatment for adolescents ages 13 - 17 years of age who are enrolled as a member of a federally recognized Tribe or able to show the lineal descendancy. It is a rolling admission and can be anywhere from 90 - 120 days.

Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Provides outpatient alcohol and drug treatment, education, information and referral, criminal thinking classes, adolescent outpatient and diversion programs, and DUI classes. Offers walk-in chemical dependency assessments during normal business hours and telehealth services.

Provides transitional, clinically-managed, low-intensity, open-ended residential treatment program for adult males. Treatment program is designed around an initial 90 day treatment plan. There are no guarantees as to the results of treatment. Services provided are a minimum of 12 hours of individual, group or family counseling per week. Residents are encouraged to take part in the outdoor operation of the facilities and participate in any of the recreational therapy programs. Intravenous (SP) (IV) Drug Users: Client referrals who are identified as having a history of using drugs intravenously (IV) will be prioritized for admission into this program.
