The Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors (LOSS) Team offers an 8-week class called "Understanding Your Suicide Grief" for survivors of suicide. This class focuses on helping those who have lost a loved on to suicide in hopes of assisting them in understanding the grief process and helping them find hope and health. Also provides a monthly suicide-led bereavement group called Survivors of Suicide Support Group (SOS) for people impacted by death to suicide. The group focuses on learning how to cope, heal, and recover with a community of others who have experienced suicide loss. The support group is a safe space to explore the challenges of suicide grief in a survivor's timeframe.

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Pre-treatment Evaluations: Provides screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement. Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available. Adult Outpatient Program: Outpatient treatment services are provided for individuals who meet the admission criteria. The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks. Adolescent Program: Provides outpatient treatment and continuing care services to adolescents that meet the eligibility criteria. Prenatal Empowerment Program (PEP): Works primarily with pregnant women who are struggling with substance addiction. A case manager will do addiction assessments, assist with medical applications and applications for Substance Abuse Treatment Centers, coordinate transportation for clients to off-reservation treatment centers, and conduct outpatient group sessions utilizing the Matrix Model to promote healing. Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.
