A free series of 5 weekly sessions designed to support children and their parents/caregivers who are grieving. After sharing a meal, participants are divided into groups by age; adults, adolescents and children. Children's group facilitators are masters level individuals trained to work with children. Most are school counselors or social workers. Each group session is geared to address the issues of the grieving family. One of the weeks includes a group session of art therapy. The program runs three times per year, once in the Winter, Spring and Fall. One-night Journey events are held throughout the year for those who have previously gone through the program.

Hands are Not for Hitting is for children aged 6 - 12 years who have been victimized by domestic violence or sexual assault. The focus of the group is to help child victims of violence solve problems nonviolently and learn to identify and express their feelings in a healthy way. Children learn that the abuse is not their fault and they have their feelings validated. Pattern Changing Group is designed to help women who have been in abusive relationships gain confidence in themselves and learn to live healthy and abusive free lives.
