COVID Testing Option: ​Oyate Health Center Urgent Care 3200 Canyon Lake Drive 7:00am - 7:00pm (MT), 7 days a week Christmas Eve closes at 3pm (MT). Closed on Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Oyate Health Center provides primary medical care, outpatient clinic, and urgent care. Additional outpatient services that are provided on site include optometry, pharmacy (Prescription Drug Take Back Site, blue drop-box by pharmacy), laboratory, radiology, dental, physical therapy, podiatry, and social services. Oyate Health Center provides direct health services to Native Americans and provides contract health care services and referrals to those that are eligible within IHS requirements. This means that if a patient is enrolled in a federally recognized tribe or can prove lineage of descent of an enrolled tribal member; the patient may receive direct care services at Oyate Health Center. Prescription Assistance - Any Native American enrolled in a federally recognized tribe can receive prescription expense assistance at any IHS facility.

Offers the following services: primary care, birth control, morning-after pill (emergency contraception), breast and chest exams including mammogram referrals if necessary, HIV testing, LGBTQ Services, men's health care, pregnancy testing and services, STD testing/treatment/vaccines, women's health care, gender affirming hormone therapy (GAHT), HPV vaccinations, Hepatitis B vaccinations, and Flu shots. Prairie Lakes Healthcare System offers support groups that offer individuals help with coping with a chronic disease or life event. Support Groups that are offered include: Your Total Joint Surgery: An education session for patients considering or have scheduled for total joint replacement surgery along with their caregiver or coach. Grief Support Group: A six-week grief support session where those who have experienced the death of a loved one can find comfort, support, and hope.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a voluntary, worldwide fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet together to attain and maintain sobriety. Provide addictions assessments and mental health therapy to adolescents through adults. Hospice Care is special care for patients who have a diagnosis of a terminal illness or a significant decline in overall health. Hospice care can be set up at home, in long-term care facilities or assisted living, or hospice centers. Hospice professionals are specially trained to manage pain and symptoms with palliative medicine at the end of life so patients are comfortable, yet alert and able to enjoy each day to the fullest extent possible.
