Medically Monitored Withdrawal Management: Individuals in need of medically monitored detoxification treatment for substance use disorders may participate in our 10-bed program. Individuals may be admitted voluntarily or involuntarily under an Emergency Detainment or Involuntary Drug and Alcohol Committal (IVC). During a short-term stay (approximately 3-7 days), we will provide medical stabilization to support a safe withdrawal and provide recommendations for continued care and treatment after discharge. Sobering Observation for Intoxicated Individuals: Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other mood-altering substances who are in need of observation and support in order to reach a safe level of sobriety may participate in our sobering observation program. Prior to discharge, we will offer connections to community resources and provide education regarding available substance use treatment options. Crisis Stabilization Offers support to individuals with mental health concerns that are acute in nature, but do not require inpatient hospitalization. Services include a brief crisis evaluation, individualized treatment plan, referrals to outpatient or community resources as needed, visit with a provider, and safety planning and counseling services.

Mission is to provide a place of refuge for victims of human trafficking from all over South Dakota. Safety - Women have stable, safe housing and protection from traffickers. They become part of a healthy, safe community of support that provides compassionate assistance while they address pressing legal, medical and emotional needs. Services and Support - Women receive addiction counseling, job skills/GED classes, emergency counseling and transportation. Services wil also include a crisis hotline, clothing, food and hygiene items. Self Development - Women learn life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, understanding boundaries, understanding trafficking and trauma, and making safe choices to help them live independent lives. Cannot accept anyone who is still using drugs or alcohol. If the victim is still using substances/has addiction issues, they must attend treatment prior to receiving services.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.
