Provides families with safe and affordable supervised visitations, supervised exchanges, and transportation of children in foster care. During a supervised visitation parents/guardians are monitored while they visit with their children to ensure that the children are safe and the parent/guardian has appropriate behavior. These visits are documented and video recorded. A supervised exchange is a monitored exchange of the child from one parent to another parent. This is to ensure that the parents don't have contact with one another. Transportation of children in foster care to and from visits is also available to foster parents who are unable to transport.

The interactive journaling process encourages people to personalize the information they acquire and to take responsibility for their own recovery. Treatment is provided in the Minnehaha County Jail. Adolescent and Adult Outpatient Treatment Program - Consists of group therapy, alcohol and other drug information, skill development and relapse prevention. IMT (Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment) - consists of group therapy, individual therapy, case management, residential support and aftercare services. Intensity of services changes with the length of time spent in the program. Weekly participation ranges from 2-19 hours of service a week, depending on client needs.
