Home Health: Offered skilled home health services including nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and home health aides providing care, support and education to allow patients to manage health conditions at home. Hospice: Offers a multidisciplinary team that addresses the patient and their family addressing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and bereavement needs. Services include clinician on-call 24/7, pain management, guidance with Advanced Care Planning, forms, and financial care needs, provide medications, durable medical equipment, and supplies needed to treat life limiting illness, support and teach family/caregivers how to care for the patient, and grief/bereavement counseling for up to 13 months after the patient has passed away.

Madsen House is designed to provide comprehensive psychiatric diagnosis and assessments, as well as short-term treatment for children ages 4-14 with emotional and behavioral problems. Provides families with safe and affordable supervised visitations, supervised exchanges, and transportation of children in foster care. During a supervised visitation parents/guardians are monitored while they visit with their children to ensure that the children are safe and the parent/guardian has appropriate behavior. These visits are documented and video recorded. A supervised exchange is a monitored exchange of the child from one parent to another parent. This is to ensure that the parents don't have contact with one another. Transportation of children in foster care to and from visits is also available to foster parents who are unable to transport.

Equine Assisted Counseling (EAC) is the combined use of horses, a licensed therapist, and a horse specialist working with clients to address various individual treatment goals. EAC is safe and all activities are done from the ground. No riding is involved.
