Provides transitional, clinically-managed, low-intensity, open-ended residential treatment program for adult males. Treatment program is designed around an initial 90 day treatment plan. Clients receive help with depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, adjustment issues, grief and loss, as well as other mental health issues. An adolescent outpatient, time-limited, intensive, and coordinated clinical treatment program with the goal of stabilization with the intention of averting inpatient hospitalization or reducing the length of a hospital stay. Partial Hospital Program (PHP): Serves as a positive alternative when individual counseling does not fully meet the needs of the individual and when inpatient care is not necessary. 5 days per week, 4 hours per day. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): The goal of program is to provide support while promoting independence, growth, individuality and self-reliance. Clients are assisted in learning new and more effective coping skills while remaining in their homes and their jobs. Generally 7 - 11 hours of structured programming per week consisting of counseling and education groups.

Provides for initial assessment and stabilization of adult psychiatric patients. During the 12-15 day average length of stay, the program initiates and develops treatment and discharge plans. The program promotes and facilitates the patients independent functioning in daily activities. Services include answers crisis calls 24/7 and follow ups with victims, Gives referrals and maintains a Shelter Safe House in Redfield (7 beds for up to 10 victims), Assists victims in finding attorneys, obtaining protection orders, attending court, and working with law enforcement. Also assists victims find jobs and housing to work towards independent living and works as medical advocates by accompanying victims to the hospital when obtaining medical assistance for injuries or sexual assault. Brings awareness to help prevent acts of violence by speaking to church groups and civic organizations as well as presentations in all 7 public schools in the tri-county area to teach awareness of bullying and safe dating to 8th graders and safety when starting college to high school seniors.
