Participants engage in sessions to learn coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and connect with peers. The program is hybrid, offering both in-person and virtual options, and is facilitated by trained professionals. A screening process ensures participants are a good fit, with an emphasis on readiness and safety. Sessions focus on topics such as mindfulness, cognitive flexibility, and emotional regulation, fostering a pathway to mental wellness.

Horizon Health - Martin Medical is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, prenatal care, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Information & Referral - Available to help point people to programs who could help (i.e.. CHIP, TANF, etc.). Low Income Organizing - Community Action Teams are volunteers organizing people to help themselves and others in the community. Prisoner Support Group - Activities are held for family support and monthly South Dakota Prison events. Youth Recreation - Swim passes and scholarships for camps, or other youth recreation activities. Available activity depends on site location. Children must be income eligible.

Provides secure detention of juveniles who have allegedly committed a delinquent act and non-secure detention for alleged children in need of supervision. While in detention, the juvenile is provided educational and recreational opportunities. The educational services are provided by the Sioux Falls School District. Juveniles may be sentenced to the Center by the Courts for up to 90 days.

Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Pharmacy services include compounding, immunizations, and durable medical equipment. Gregory Drug is also a medication disposal site.

The Beadle County Regional Correctional Center houses the Adult Jail and Juvenile Detention Center. Current programs available to inmates include Work and School Release, Mental Health assistance, Drug Counseling, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), and religious services. Advocates take a Native-centered, empowerment based and trauma informed approach to every call, text and chat. Advocates are available 24/7 and offer peer-to-peer support, crisis intervention and safety planning, information and education about domestic and sexual violence, referrals to Native-centered domestic violence, sexual violence service providers, basic information about health options, support locating health facilities or crisis centers trained in the care of sexual assault and forensic exams, and general information about jurisdiction and legal advocacy referrals.
