Boys' Health Program is offered to those who may be at risk of developing physical, mental, or social health problems. Boys are referred to the program by school counselors, teachers, parents, health service providers, and social services agencies. Once enrolled, boys work closely with advocates to set and attain individualized goals. This program provides health-focused case management, education, advocacy, and prevention services. The Boys' Health Program helps lay the groundwork for lifestyle habits and attitudes that will strongly influence boys' health and behaviors as adults.

Provides services for individual, couples, children, and family counseling as well as anger evaluations, and anger management. Committed to helping people who are experiencing emotional, psychological, personal, or family problems to increase hope and fulfill their treatment goals for a better life.

Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The Community Health Center was established in 1979 with its goal being to remove the barriers, primarily financial, that exist and limit the access of lower income individuals or families seeking primary health care services.  ​Services for the general public include family health, lab radiology, well-child care, immunizations, family planning (including birth control, STD screening and treatment), patient education, and dental care. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Sober living homes utilizing: The Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous and the way of life contained therein. Self-governing sober living homes that provide a safe living environment in early recovery with continued emphasis on applying the 12-steps of recovery to daily life over a period of 3 - 12 months. Advocacy of the disease concept by carrying the message to families, businesses, churches, and schools while building alliances with organizations that share the mission of advocacy for and implementation of the 12-step approach to recovery. Home Health: Offered skilled home health services including nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and home health aides providing care, support and education to allow patients to manage health conditions at home. Hospice: Offers a multidisciplinary team that addresses the patient and their family addressing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and bereavement needs. Services include clinician on-call 24/7, pain management, guidance with Advanced Care Planning, forms, and financial care needs, provide medications, durable medical equipment, and supplies needed to treat life limiting illness, support and teach family/caregivers how to care for the patient, and grief/bereavement counseling for up to 13 months after the patient has passed away.

Offers comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and a variation of programs to fit individual needs, from education, individual counseling, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient and aftercare.

Individual counseling for those 18 and older. Areas of focus include: adjustment to living with a brain injury, caregiver concerns and fatigue, adjustment to change and life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, wellness and self-care, women's issues, communication, and stress management. Community outpatient mental health facility. Provides mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Services include but are not limited to psychiatric care and evaluations, children's services, group and individual counseling, play therapy, aggression management, and more.

Horizon Health - Martin Medical is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, prenatal care, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Provides individual counseling services working with clients ages 14 and up with autism spectrum, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, attachment disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss. Services include individual counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adolescent/youth counseling, parent counseling, and internet (tele-health) counseling.

Court approved divorce and custody mediator, parent coordinator, and custody evaluator. Individual, couples, and family counseling with expertise in blended families, marriage, family counseling, play therapy, trauma, child abuse, post traumatic stress (PTSD), and sexual assault.

Carroll Counseling Services is comprised of a team of credentialed mental health professionals committed to offering safe and confidential services as individuals engage in their own therapeutic journey. Provides individual, couples, and family services for those experiencing personal, relational, and psychological issues. Walk-in substance use assessments and telehealth services available.

Retail pharmacy and a medication disposal site. Services provided are immunizations, medical equipment/supplies, smoking cessation, and pain management. Also sells OTC medications.

Whether it's serving civil papers, warrants, patrolling Pennington County or investigating crimes, the employees in the Law Enforcement Division are always ready to assist Pennington County residents and visitors. The department is a year-round prescription drug take-back site.  The County Sheriff is also the contact for mental health holds, burning bans, county jails/correctional facilities (including Western SD Juvenile Center), and fingerprinting for pistol permits. Other reasons for fingerprinting in Pennington County, are done by Rapid City police at 605-394-6612.

A recovery program based on the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous for those who want to stop their sexually self-destructive thinking and behavior. Sexaholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others recover. Individual and couple counseling. Treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, health problems, aging, boundaries, self-esteem, coping skills and grief. Telehealth is available for existing clients. A brief phone interview would be necessary to determine if new patients would be eligible for telehealth services.

Provides support and assistance for survivors of homicide victims. Self-help support groups and/or contact persons who are themselves survivors are able to give support to anyone hurting from the loss of a loved one through homicide.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Offers services to address addiction and substance abuse including high and low intensive residential programs, day treatment, and outpatient services. Helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. Provides long-term aftercare and personalized recovery transition plans. Chemical dependency and drug and alcohol assessments for virtually and in person. Outpatient services may also be provided via telehealth.
