This program is committed to supporting the well-being and health to enable physicians to continue to provide high-quality patient care. It is offered in-person or remote. Services may include: well-being resources, career fatigue, grief and loss, financial stressors, stress and anxiety, depression, substance abuse, behavioral concerns, work/family balance, personal and family stressors. Program is confidential with no insurance billing and no medical record.

H.U.G.S. (Hope, Understanding, Grief, Support) is a peer-led support group for suicide loss survivors in the Aberdeen area. H.U.G.S. meetings provide the opportunity to explore feelings and shared experiences through the grieving process. They are led by volunteers who have lost a loved one to suicide. Meetings are held once a month, are free and drop-in.

Provides support to the community to reduce substance abuse in youth, increase youth leadership development, and promote healthy alternatives for our youth. ​Additionally, the coalition is able to offer low to no cost, Evidence Based Mental Health Awareness Trainings.

Adolescent substance use prevention, early intervention, drug and alcohol assessments and outpatient treatment for all youth in the Rapid City, Box Elder and area communities. Lifeways has school-based Addiction and Prevention Counselors in the Rapid City Area School District and limited services in the Douglas School District. Addiction Counselors are also available at main office in Rapid City for all adolescents (public, private and home-schooled) who are experiencing problems with substance use and in need of screening and/or assessment and treatment.

The Boys' Health Program helps lay the groundwork for lifestyle habits and attitudes that will strongly influence boys' health and behaviors as adults.

An evidence-based and practice informed program that has been shown to effectively influence components of grief and grief recovery. Based on over 40 years of practice dealing with grief and working one on one with grievers, the GRM program helps reduce grief by teaching grievers new skills on how to cope and process grief; how to confront old myths or unhelpful patterns of grieving; how to examine the ways in which grief has impacted their life through detailed assignments and exercises; and how to let go of pain from loss through the timely identification of apologies, forgiveness, and significant emotional statements, all within a helpful, supportive environment. There are 4 programs; 8-week support group, 7-week one on one, 4-week Helping Children Deal with Loss, and 6-week for Pet Loss. Wellness/Brain Health Coaching is a psycho-education program for working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, self efficacy, ADD, ADHD, and addictions which address the four circles of health and healing: biology, psychology, social, and spiritual.
