Provides 24-hour, community-based support for individuals experiencing a mental health or behavioral health crisis. Qualified mental health professionals (QMHP) respond in the community to assess immediate needs, provide crisis intervention and de-escalation, develop safety plans, and connect individuals and families with appropriate services and ongoing support.
