Grief Counseling Services Monument Home+ Home Health and Hospice offers individual, couples, and family grief counseling to the immediate family members of the patients who were on our services. Counselors are professional social workers with specialized training and experience in grief and loss. Since people grieve differently, counseling is offered to meet the distinctive needs of different age groups and types of loss. Call and schedule an appointment. Support Groups Monument Health Home+ Home Health and Hospice has educational, supportive grief groups available. These groups bring people together who have experienced loss and provide a safe environment to share experiences and learn from one another. These groups are open to anyone in the community grieving the loss of a loved one at no charge. Please call for additional information and group registration.
