Specializes in working with children, teens, and adults on a variety of concerns including couples therapy, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, general wellness and health, eating disorders, relationship issues, play therapy, and parenting. Provides individual therapy and marriage/couples therapy. Also, provides faith based counseling; bereavement counseling; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); terminal illness counseling; LGBTQ counseling; gender identity counseling; hoarding counseling, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, and DBT. Able to offer sessions via telehealth and in person.
