Counseling Services | Spearfish Counseling

Provides outpatient mental health support for individuals, couples, and families for all age groups. Services include individual counseling, child abuse survivor counseling for adults, couples counseling, faith based counseling, youth counseling, parent counseling, spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, marriage counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, terminal illness counseling, child abuse counseling, family counseling, play therapy, trauma informed therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Other areas of training or expertise include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), brainspotting, exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Also provides counseling services via telemental health.
