Offering Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trauma therapy to adults (18 and older) to individuals who are struggling with self harm, suicidal behaviors, chronic depression, borderline personality disorder, emotion dysregulation, bipolar, PTSD and other difficulties with effective coping.
