Sanford Vermillion Medical Center is a full service hospital and clinic providing the following services: 24-Hour Emergency Care, Ground and Air Ambulance support/access, medical, surgical, pediatric, and obstetrical care, outpatient nursing services (including chemotherapy), family medicine clinic, diagnostic services, home care and hospice programs, outpatient mental health counseling, rehabilitation therapies, respiratory care, acute care hours Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon, and weekday evenings, sports medicine, community health education, specialty outreach services (cardiology, diagnostic radiology, ENT surgery, general surgery, neurology, nephrology, oncology, orthopedics, podiatry, psychiatry, pulmonology, urology, and vascular surgery), and University of South Dakota student health services.
