Will assist in ways to improve relationships, eliminate symptoms and inspire the best version of each individual. Specialties include: trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, conflict management, personality disorders, and bipolar. Modalities of treatment encompass: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, Tapping), Psychodynamic Therapy, Filial Therapy, Brain Tap, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Couples Techniques, Christian Counseling, Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), Sand Tray Therapy, and other techniques specific to the individual, adolescent, children, family, and couples needs.
