Uses the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help relieve parts that are stuck in old or stuck roles. Trauma-informed, Somatic Integration, EEG Biofeedback/Neurofeedback, and Bilateral Sound Frequencies are all approaches also used to help with chronic stress, anxiety, complex childhood trauma, unexplained health issues, recovery from narcissistic abuse, and religious/spiritual issues.
