A mental health service provider for individual therapy. Services include psychological assessments, substance abuse counseling, trauma informed therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Areas of training or expertise include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal thoughts, personality disorders, psychosis, addiction, bipolar disorder, stress, interpersonal relationships, coping skills, PTSD, and self-harming. Therapy sessions can be done in-person or telehealth.
